Barracks x4 (includes rebal base)
-> build up 6 mariens so you should have 10 to start
--> lift off barracks in main base send them to rebals base.

Barracks in rebal base (initial barraks)
-> out put all medics
flowen in barracks's
-> all out load mariens

if you were 'fast enough to save this base' you should now have 3 medics 10~ mariens.
soon as your barracks start outloading take that first load straight to attack.

Main base
-> Keep up on supply depots...

keep out putting and sending them in to attack.

Achievement gives you no margin to play around.
my finnish time was exactly 10mins apparently you get the achievement for it being 10 also.

Yeah some of the acheesements are insanely difficult.

./edit  Apparently there are some Feats of Strength available for clever people.  Killing all of the Zerg in the mission to harvest minerals on the lava planet yields one.

Fayth (over at TL) is going to pay the first person to get the 1000 wins with ALL RACES $2000 if they do it in <= 6 months.

I tried your strat Dragon and could only get to 10:24 as my best time.  I modified it a bit and got 7:43.

Queue up 2 SCVs
Lift off barracks and send to rebel base
Send 6 marines to get gas and mineral on other side of road
Leave marines at road and get SCVs gathering and building supply depots
When barracks lands, get it making marines and put rally point near the rebel forces
As soon as the first marine comes out, the rebels will be under your control
After the second wave of attacks, you can bring the original 6 marines over to join up at the new base
Bring an SCV over and build 2 more barrakcs and continue on with your original strat.
